⭐ Role Overview
The retreat designer will work with our paying clients to ensure that they have the best retreat possible. You'll help our clients (companies or teams of 15 to 1000 people) meet the deadlines in their hotel contract, coordinate flights, plan an itinerary, and communicate with their employees. You'll be trained by our Head of Retreats on how to use our retreat planning checklist. Retreat Designers will work with anywhere from 1 to 10 clients at a time, depending on availability.
