What We Do

Gecko Robotics is helping the world’s most important organizations ensure the availability, reliability, and sustainability of critical infrastructure. Gecko's complete and connected solutions combine wall-climbing robots, industry-leading sensors, and an AI-powered data platform to provide customers with a unique window into the current and future health of their physical assets. This enables real-time decision making to increase the efficiency and safety of operations, promote mission readiness, and protect the environment and civilization from the effects of infrastructure failure.

Role at a glance

Deployment Leads drive business outcomes for our customers by deploying and creating solutions in line with Gecko Robotics’ tech strategy. They lead a team of Forward Deployed people to dive deep on customer needs and deploy Gecko’s technology to address them. By solving a specific version of the problem for a specific customer, Deployment Leads also help contribute to Gecko’s product stack, building solutions that scale to other customers. Deployment Leads are the primary customer point of contact, and hold the mandate to expand their engagements by delivering increasing value over time.

What you will do

  • Solve Real Problems: We search for the highest impact problems we can find, we spend a lot of time with our customers to understand their true nature, we come up with new ways, and we don’t quit until we’ve reached impact.
  • Deploy: We believe in building products close to the customer. Deployment Leads meet our customers where they are, going onsite to learn firsthand about their challenges.
  • Lead a Team: Hard problems require team-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll rely on teamwork and coordination to achieve outcomes alongside other highly-competent engineers, analysts, and operators.
  • Own Customer Relationships: As you dive deep on customer problems, you’ll encounter a wide wide range of customer personas and personalities. While not a traditional Sales role, being a Deployment Lead will demand deft navigation of customer relationships as you seek to expand our relationships.
  • Grow: The problems we work on are hard. No one has yet solved them. We are constantly learning and trying - and that includes learning about ourselves. We are a group who loves to grow - even if it requires hard work to do so.
