As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding company values.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies, universities, and industry networks.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and assistance on HR-related matters.
- Address employee concerns and ensure a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee conflicts and issues.
- Manage the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
- Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist in setting up goals and monitoring progress.
- Identify opportunities for employee development and growth.
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance records, leave policy and compliance documentation.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay current with employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
