Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000/month
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Customer Support Associate who is fluent in Hindi and English to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with users over phone calls, gather feedback on their experience, and upsell them to purchase our Card.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing users to gather feedback
- Explain the benefits of the GoSats Card and nudge users to buy
- Maintain call logs and user insights in our system
- Work closely with the marketing and product team to relay user sentiments and give proactive feedback.
- Meet daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Hindi and English (spoken)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or call center roles is a plus
- Comfortable making 100 calls per day
- Basic computer and CRM handling skills
We use AWS Lambda stack with NodeJS for backend. React-Native for frontend.
