ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We're looking for a Mutual Fund Manager who will:
Increase the number of new account opening and subscription for mutual funds products
Increase the company’s profile and reputation in the mutual funds market by participating in events, seminars, or promotional events for wealth and investment products
Train internal team to be well-versed in wealth management and mutual fund products
In charge of customer complaint handling during account opening, mutual funds subscription and redemption, and liaise with the relevant team members within the company
Work together with the product, growth, and acquisition teams to improve the quality of the company’s product and service offering
Be active in internal projects; specifically, product development, operational and technical improvements
Maintain, track, and regularly assess customers’ activities in mutual funds transactions to improve the quality of the company’s product and service offering
WHAT YOU’LL NEED 📖
Min. Wakil APERD certification (WPPE or WMI is preferred)
Min. 3 years of experience of working in securities companies (brokers, underwriters, fund managers, or mutual funds agents)
Evidence of success in developing and implementing a business development strategy in Indonesia
Understanding of capital market products, mutual funds, and bonds.
Have a high level of understanding of country & regulatory principles and rules
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Bahasa and English
