Specific responsibilities:
- Take charge of inventory control, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies directly as they arise.
- Implement inventory management tasks such as cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve any inventory-related issues and help maintain smooth operations.
- Track and update inventory records, using data to identify trends and help forecast demand.
- Actively participate in the receiving process, helping to streamline operations and reduce lead times.
- Perform regular audits to ensure inventory records are accurate and processes are followed.
- Work with the technology team to apply data and tech solutions for improving inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
