Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Specialist to join our team. In

this role, you will be crucial in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that

our stock levels meet the operational needs of the company. Your primary focus will be on

managing inventory processes such as stock intake and inventory audits. You will be

responsible for implementing efficient inventory management systems and utilizing

software to track and analyze stock levels. Your analytical skills will play a key role in

identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to enhance inventory

Specific responsibilities:

  • Take charge of inventory control, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies directly as they arise.
  • Implement inventory management tasks such as cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve any inventory-related issues and help maintain smooth operations.
  • Track and update inventory records, using data to identify trends and help forecast demand.
  • Actively participate in the receiving process, helping to streamline operations and reduce lead times.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure inventory records are accurate and processes are followed.
  • Work with the technology team to apply data and tech solutions for improving inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
