ROLE

REQUIREMENTS
If your biggest superpower is a go-getter attitude, the grit to get things done, and you have an eye for details, this is for you.

-Experience: 5-8 years of experience in backend technologies in a product company. We are hiring across various levels in our technology team
-Technology: Strong knowledge of Backend Development i.e., Nodejs/Javascript, Python, Knowledge of Kotlin, SQL and NoSQL databases, Redis/ AWS/Docker a big plus
-Growth mindset: You embrace challenges, welcome feedback, and see effort as the path to mastery. Looking forward to work on new and challenging problem statements.
-Ownership: You take initiative to find solutions and focus on what must be done to create success.
-Team Spirit: Mentoring and supporting other team members by doing code reviews and applying your experience in process and technical leadership.
-Knowledge: Aware of best software engineering practices for all stages of software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, testing and deployment.
