As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and success of our Gym Class platform. Your primary focus will be on defining, measuring, and cultivating positive ROI growth channels to drive user acquisition. You will take ownership of a key existing growth channel - our creator program - overseeing its development and growth. In addition, you will spearhead experimentation with performance paid marketing, and other channels, to derisk and grow new paths for user acquisition.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and execute strategies to establish and optimize growth channels, ensuring positive ROI and user acquisition for Gym Class.
Lead the Gym Class creator program, fostering relationships with community content creators and influencers to support their growth, and subsequently drive user acquisition.
Initiate and manage experiments involving performance paid marketing and other unconventional channels to uncover new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
Analyze data and metrics to continuously refine growth strategies and make data-driven decisions.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Proven experience in successfully scaling growth marketing channels from inception to maturity, preferably in a startup environment.
Strong grasp of short-form video dynamics and a track record of collaborating with content creators, ideally with experience leading content creator programs, especially in the gaming realm.
Familiarity with the gaming landscape and the ability to swiftly adapt to its culture and trends. Ideally familiar with sports and basketball culture.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the capability to independently deconstruct complex issues and collaborate with community leaders to find solutions.
Proficiency in utilizing Google Docs and automation tools such as Discord bots, Google Sheets, Zapier, etc.
