The Talent Acquisition Specialist role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, Shortlisting and identifying qualified applicants and work as one team with the people & culture team to set up a first class recruitment strategy.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implementing and maintaining the recruitment policy and procedure
  • Provide a first class recruitment service to all hiring managers
  • Work with the director of People & culture to set up the recruitment strategy
  • Implement and maintain a localization (Saudization) recruitment strategy
  • Advertise Habitas AlUla & Caravan by Habitas vacancies across all approved social media platforms including Habitas careers website
  • Review and assess applicants documentations including but not limited to (resumes, certification, and contact details)
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify departmental needs
  • Organise job fairs and establish connections with local authorities for recruitment purposes
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for all selected & approved candidates
  • Provide a first class on-boarding practices including but not limited to (Commencement tickets, New hire announcements, company orientation and introduction)
  • Monitor new joiners performance during the probation period until successful completion
  • Prepare and maintain a database of applicants for future hire for Habitas AlUla & Caravan by Habitas
  • Prepare & maintain recruitment & Talent Acquisition reports
  • Establish a long term relationship with leavers for future hiring
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify the areas of improvement for the recruitment strategy

Knowledge & Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment & Talent acquisition
  • An associate degree or above
  • Previous experience in Applicant tracking systems - ATS
  • High English proficiency
  • Saudi National
  • High communication and negotiation skills
