Role OverviewTalented Habitas Wellness Manager with a passion for Hospitality, Wellness, Spa Industry, Fitness, Yoga and Sustainability to join our family. In this role, you will work to guide revenue strategies in the Wellness department across all channels and segments. She will be actively involved in all phases and stages of the business, from planning and operating strategies to property stabilization (working to optimize, increase and improve revenues). Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Create atmospheres that surprise, captivate and provoke unique experiences, exceeding customer expectations. It is necessary to ensure that the goals in terms of customer satisfaction are achieved. Carry out monitoring and documentation of the customer preference registration program.
  • Ensure the follow-up of all the procedures established by the company. Maximize income by reducing the percentage of expenses without damaging the quality of service, as well as manage supplies and operating inputs, optimizing the percentage of operating costs.
  • Contribute to the "up-selling and cross-selling" program (increase sales) and manages and implements programs to boost sales of the Wellness Center.
  • Monitor the guidelines, protocols, and standards in accordance with what is established for each of the tasks and experiences of the Wellness Center.
  • Monitor the order and cleanliness program both in the back and front of the house. Track “Lost and Found”.
  • Monitor the standards of environmental care.
  • Comply with their work schedules established by the Hotel Management and/or the Wellness Management in accordance with the needs of the daily operation.
  • Attend the daily briefings of the Hotel to be informed and updated on the relevant problems of the hotel operation, considering what is necessary for the execution of the daily task and carry out daily briefings of the department to share important information about the daily operation of the hotel.
  • Coordinate roles and daily schedules to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
  • Provide collateral support whenever necessary, in a teamwork framework.
  • Establish an open and constant communication with the operational contact departments to successfully follow up on the needs and requirements of the clients.
  • Create a pleasant atmosphere of teamwork, being in tune with all levels of the organization.

  • The Wellness Manager will not be able to perform therapies.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or similar / Minimum High School
  • Native Spanish and fluent English
  • Minimum three years of experience in a managerial position and/or experience in personnel management
  • Regional or corporate level revenue management oversight preferred
  • Experience in hospitality and/or in the Wellness Industry
  • Experience in solutions and handling of complaints; successful implementation and application
  • Experience in the Spa and Wellness Industry, minimum 3 years
  • Extensive experience in strategic and tactical revenue and inventory management
  • Experience in generating income through the promotion and sale of wellness therapies
  • Required proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Management of the daily reservation system for Wellness services/treatments and activities
  • Preferred competition with Book4 Time, SpaBooker, Opera, Saber | SynXis, SiteMinder, CloudBeds, RateGain, along with TWI PMS, CRS and RMS systems or any Spa operating system
  • Required proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Management of the daily reservation system for Wellness services/treatments and activities
