Our House Manager is responsible for Guest Experience and Housekeeping departments. The House Manager is responsible for ensuring SOPs are in place and consistently followed. You will ensure to consistently perform at all times at the highest levels, delivering outstanding quality of services at all times, whilst maintaining the great spirit of an exceptional team.

You will need prior experience in similar remote and challenging destinations in a Luxury property. Adventure, flexibility, and patience will come in very handy to succeed.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

✔ Ensures the smooth running of the Guest Experience & Housekeeping (Rooms Division) departments, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels

✔ Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest inquiries and problem resolution

✔ Develops and implement plans where Guest Experience and Housekeeping initiatives & property targets are achieved

✔ Leads and manages the Rooms Division team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department

✔ Prepares and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled and that productivity and performance levels are attained

✔ Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders

✔ Establishes and delivers effective programs that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control

✔ Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required


✔ Bachelor’s degree in LAE, or a relevant field

✔ A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role

✔ In-depth knowledge of Opera

✔ Advanced English, written and spoken

✔ Proven experience in rooms division with strong problem-solving capabilities

✔ Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style

✔ Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry

✔ Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
