OverviewWe are looking for a Bartender who is friendly, organised, has a good memory, and can communicate efficiently and effectively with a diverse group of customers. Must be energetic, and confident, have a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, and practice good time management skills. She/He must be able to work quickly, in fast-paced environments, and methodically. Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
• Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
• Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements & Skills

• Min 1 -2 years’ experience in similar role
• Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings
• Good level of conversational English and French
