  • Manage the hotel’s property marketing and coordination, supported directly by the corporate brand marketing team
  • Support development and execute fully integrated marketing strategies
  • Execute and support Habitas brand standards implementation
  • Ongoing market research and insights sharing
  • Key coordination with stakeholders and partners
  • Oversee all property creative collaterals and assets
  • Effective planning and hosting media and influencer FAM trips
  • Oversee property social media channels and active community management, supported by corporate marketing
  • Monitor and support updated guest facing communications, including website, email, OTAs and digital touchpoints
  • Support coordination of the marketing budget and invoicing
  • Support content production projects
  • Manage and maintain property database
  • Support monthly reporting to highlight property marketing performance
  • Collaborate closely with hotel Programming Manager to support effective activation and promotion of guest experiences and events


  • If you worked previously or currently working in Qatar we will need your NoC
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • GCC marketing experience
  • Must have knowledge and experience in Public Relations, Content Production, Social Media, Digital Marketing and Events
  • Hotel/hospitality sector marketing experience and brand marketing knowledge are strongly preferred
  • An excellent communicator, fluent in English and Arabic languages, speaking, reading and writing, able to oversee media and consumer facing copywriting
  • Local network and market understanding
  • Ability to work with, communicate and coordinate across hotel department teams and corporate brand marketing
  • Effective time management and project executions skills
  • Creative and able to think outside the box, whilst understanding brand vision and positioning elements of brand marketing
  • Confident and engaging, able to host people, communicate and represent the brand effectively
  • Ability to bring marketing strategies and campaigns to life, leading to success and achievement of property marketing objectives - able to work to KPIs and budget assessment
  • Solutions driven, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with paid media, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager or other Social Media Marketing Tools is preferred
  • Marketing qualifications preferred
