We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to join Ennismore as Global Director of Sales – Our Habitas. Based in London and reporting into the Executive Vice President – Sales, this role is responsible for leading top line sales strategies and driving revenue into Our Habitas collection of ten culturally defining resorts across a range of breath-taking locations, across four continents including Tulum, Mexico; AlUla, Saudi Arabia; Atacama, Chile; and the Kalahari Desert in Namibia.

This role will provide strategic oversight and guidance to property sales teams, ensuring B2B strategies are in place and executed successfully, that there is an embedded sales structure across the portfolio to maximise revenue, in addition to managing and prospecting a number of key leisure, consortia and travel trade clients.

We are looking for a seasoned Director of Sales who has experience leading on-property sales teams, in addition to having a passion for pro-active sales.

What you’ll do…

  • Work in partnership with Revenue and Brand teams to ensure all relevant properties have strong commercial plans in place to drive top line revenues.
  • Focus on ensuring robust strategies are in place across key sales managed segments –MICE, Consortia & Leisure.
  • Input on sales structure, key sales recruitment and on-boarding of sellers.
  • Sales lead on new openings, recruitment of on-property sales teams, submission of pre-opening budgets, critical path execution and ensuring robust sales plans are in place to drive successful launch of each property.
  • Brand advocate for Our Habitas – attending all key industry events and tradeshows globally
  • Manage and prospect a collection of key leisure, consortia and travel trade clients to drive revenue into the global portfolio.
  • Education of Ennismore Sales teams and wider Accor sales team on Our Habitas brand, operating hotels and opening pipeline.
  • Key liaison with Accor Global Sales Teams on specific sales actions and activities relevant to Our Habitas

The kind of person we’re looking for…

  • 8+ years’ experience in a senior sales role
  • Multi-segment and multi market experience essential – we are looking for someone that can guide and direct our hotels on key sales managed segments as well as someone who is passionate about proactive sales
  • Passionate about hotel sales and goal driven
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • An excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together

  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
