About The Role

As an Account Manager III (AM3), you will play a key role in managing high-value client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention. You will serve as a strategic partner to clients while collaborating internally across sales, product, and support teams to deliver solutions that meet client goals. This is a senior-level account management position ideal for someone with a strong track record of client success, upselling, and cross-functional coordination.

Pay for this role is $80k base, $146k OTE

  • This is an in-office role in Orem, UT

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-impact or strategic accounts, acting as the main point of contact for client needs and escalations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling solutions.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and deliver reporting on performance, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Support) to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Ensure contract renewals, mitigate churn risks, and contribute to overall revenue retention targets.
  • Stay up to date on product capabilities and industry trends to better advise clients.
  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to the overall success of the Account Management team.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management (B2B experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver strong business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Experience working in a CRM or customer success platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in legal tech.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell quotas.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or client implementation processes.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

140,000 - 150,000 USD per year(HQ)
