Required Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally in fast-paced environments
- Experience conducting end-to-end user research including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis
- Strong portfolio showing rapid ideation and iteration
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Experience building and maintaining design libraries and design systems from scratch
- Proven ability to make pragmatic design decisions that balance speed and quality
- Strong eye for visual design and attention to detail
- Be Hona's first dedicated designer, bringing fresh perspective to the product
- Execute designs for complex legal workflows and communication tools
- Build and improve UI components within the existing design system
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on new features
- Transform user feedback into concrete design improvements
- Deliver high-quality designs that can be implemented quickly
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for immediate implementation
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Focus on execution and shipping features quickly
