The sales organization plays a vital role in meeting and exceeding revenue goals, and executing the company’s mission and go-to-market strategies. Our sales leaders are agile, forward-thinking, collaborative, and driven. As a Regional Director, you will build, inspire, and guide a team of Partner Account Managers in a defined geographic area. You are instrumental in championing the team’s monthly quota attainment and revenue growth.

Our Partnership Program is a key initiative for the company. The Partner Account Manager’s primary duty is to engage, build, and develop new partnerships and business opportunities for Human Interest. You'll coach and mentor our Partner Account Managers to accelerate our partner relationships to help us exponentially reach more small and medium businesses across the United States, which is essential to our growth.

What you get to do every day

  • Coach and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers to achieve and excel revenue goals by developing, building, and amplifying referral relationships with tech partners, human capital management partners, benefits brokers, CPA's and financial advisors in the SMB space
  • Coach and mentor Partner Account Managers to create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities
  • Work with partners to establish business goals and performance metrics (e.g, depth of sales pipeline and revenue generation) to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities
  • Work closely and collaborate with the New England Regional Director of Account Executives as well as Regional Directors across different territories to align on strategy and partnerships
  • Drive a culture of accountability while having fun in the process
  • Travel within your region and nationally to participate in field rides with individual team members, and attend meetings that include sales conferences, trade shows, and partnership huddles

What you bring to the role

  • 3-5 years of experience in leading business development and sales professionals across multiple functions in the retirement services/HCM/payroll industry
  • Successful – Proven track record of meeting and exceeding your sales quota
  • Experience building relationships with CPA's, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefit brokers
  • Tech Savvy - you have experience using Salesforce CRM to manage sales process and forecasting
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Willing to flex with constant change and day-to-day competing priorities
  • Close proximity to an airport is ideal as this role will require you to be in the field 3 days/week for 2-3 weeks/month

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans from a minimum of $70,000 in our lowest geographic region to a maximum of $90,000 in our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. This position will also offer a variable target of $90,000.
