Instawork is hiring a Product Operations Manager that would see projects from conception through implementation. You are intellectually curious and excited at the opportunity to drive the company forward by tackling the most critical challenges.

This role will work closely with product, design, operations, and engineering to create our outreach and rollout plans for some of our most important features with our users. As part of the product development lifecycle, you will test new capabilities, learn, and influence the product/engineering team to update the roadmap, and scale it through software. You will also have the opportunity to work with and influence some of the key decision-makers at the company. We are looking for someone who has a mix of operational prowess, the hustle to build programs from scratch, and creative thinking to develop new and creative solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to company OKRs, having a firm grasp on key operational metrics to maintain & grow the health of our customer base
• Lead ad-hoc special projects, working alongside stakeholders in cross-functional teams (ie. finance, marketing, sales, product, and customer support)
• Run analyses on launched features to determine next steps
• Provide feedback on the user experience to our product and engineering team
• Manage our community of the best professionals on our platform to drive meaningful engagement
• Keep our professionals accountable to their success metrics
• Work closely with product, operations, design, and engineering to brainstorm and create new communication strategies for new product offerings
• Train workers on new tools and products we launch

Who You Are

• Preferred: 4 year degree from an accredited university
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Experience with SQL and/or other data analysis tools
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, UiPath or Power Automate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Agile, team player willing to navigate fluctuating needs of the business
• Willingness to roll your sleeves up to accomplish tasks, as well as strategic thinking at a high level

For CA based applicants

• The base salary for this position is $90,000 - $130,000
• This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options
