We are in need of a motivated and high agency product manager to join the Product team and lead the finance automation pillar. This person will work on all aspects of spend & expense management and help global customers save countless hours and wasted money. This role will focus on working within each phase of finance automation– this includes but is not limited to onboarding the customers’ employees to Jeeves, building flexible team or individual spend policies and enabling intuitive spend controls.

Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position with the ability to come into our office in Roma Norte on a flexible schedule.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive finance automation strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamics
  • Continuous Product Development: Continuously iterate and execute on a roadmap that aligns strong with our ideal customer persona and drive greater product market fit
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and potential risks
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies deployed and make data-driven decisions
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain open channels with key Jeeves stakeholders, articulate findings, share pivotal updates, and ensure the broader team is always in the loop



Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management focused spend & expense management
  • Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthy adoption, engagement and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willing to work across global time zones, including 10% travel
  • Solid track record of shipping and iterating on successful products with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for building and executing a global bank vision
