We are in need of a motivated and analytical leader for the Finance Organization to set the global vision and strategy. This role will manage key strategic financial initiatives, be a trusted partner to other teams and report to the CFO. This person will work closely with functional leaders while developing and ensuring the accuracy of various financial models that will drive operational and strategic decisions.

Location: This role is based out of New York or Miami and is a full-time hybrid position with the potential opportunity to come into an office in either location.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Drive Strategic Finance function, and support entire leadership with strategic recommendations supported by quantitative analysis with qualitative takeaways
  • Manage key financial processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance analysis, headcount planning, and product forecasting
  • Synthesize company and financial performance in monthly performance package for Jeeves Leadership team and Board of Directors
  • Analyze financial and operational results to better understand the company’s overall financial health & performance
  • Key partner of Data team, and transform Jeeves into becoming data-driven organization, and provide insights to leadership
  • Support CFO with high-impact investor and Board of Directors requests
  • Partner with senior leaders to build annual budgets and forecasts
  • Drive pricing strategy across the organization
  • Collaborate with GTM and Sales Ops teams on target setting, compensation plans, etc
  • Manage, mentor and cultivate Strategic Finance team members to become future leaders of organization
  • Implement cloud based forecasting software and use it to optimize existing activities



Requirements:


  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management, or equivalent work experience
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in analytical corporate finance roles, including corporate FP&A, private equity, and investment banking
  • 4+ years of experience in FinTech required, global FinTech preferred
  • Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions
  • Must thrive in entrepreneurial fast paced, rapid change, hyper-growth environments
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a variety of both internal and external teams
  • Strategic thinker who has desire to go above and beyond what is required, and dedication to the team and Company’s success
  • Experience and strong track record of developing and mentoring a team of professionals into a high-performance team
  • Experience with formal reporting requirements to investors, boards of directors, and other stakeholders
