We are in need of a motivated and ambitious person for the Payments Team to manage risk prevention of our card and payments operations.. This role will be responsible for making sure Jeeves is operating under the best practices in fraud prevention as well as providing an excellent experience for our users. The role will report to the Head of Paymentsl. This role will be hands-on, and strategic and will serve as the key point person for risk and fraud prevention related issues. As a remote-first, global organization Jeeves is committed to building a team as diverse as the companies we serve.
Location: This role is based out of Bogota, Colombia and is a full-time remote position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Structure strategy for fraud prevention, detection, remediation and repression
- Manage processes, policies, technologies and controls to minimize losses
- Manage partners and providers to ensure the use of best technologies and operational processes
- Make the risk prevention area a business partner, aiming to enable secure solutions
- Manage Jeeves fraud prevention tools, configuring rules and monitoring it on a regular basis
- Working with business team and issuer processor to define authorization rules
- Deal with fraud alerts
- Provide guidance on chargeback issues
- Understand all processes related to cards in order to identify and mitigate risks
- Structure and document new processes
- 7+ years of experience working with risk prevention of cards
- International professional experience
- Experience creating and improving processes and documentation
- Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions
- Intermediate Spanish or Portuguese as this position will manage different LAC countries
- Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment
- Collaborative and team oriented
