Since its public launch in March 2021, the company now services more than 3000 clients across 24 countries and 3 continents.We are in need of a motivated and ambitious product manager to join the Product team and build the next set of borderless banking features to support our global customers. This role will focus on leading Jeeves Pay, our flagship payment product to transfer money locally and cross-border. Your goal will be to make it a faster/cheaper/easier way to move money. You will serve as the key point person for executing on a product roadmap while partnering with the business team and product marketing team to drive user adoption.Location: This is a full-time remote positionWhat you bring to this role:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Direction: Dive deep into market dynamics and customer insights to craft a visionary roadmap for Jeeves Pay. Champion this roadmap within the team, ensuring alignment with our broader organizational goals
  • Performance Metrics: Establish clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to guide your team's efforts. Regularly analyze a mix of quantitative and qualitative data to gauge success and ensure we consistently deliver unparalleled value to our users
  • Collaboration & Design: Collaborate closely with your design counterpart. Engage in user research initiatives to uncover new challenges and opportunities, and critically assess both existing products and prototypes
  • Rapid Experimentation: Drive a culture of innovation by facilitating experiments. Quickly validate potential product enhancements and pivot as necessary to ensure we're always building what matters
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open channels with key Jeeves stakeholders. Articulate findings, share pivotal updates, and ensure the broader team is always in the loop
  • Team Synergy: Work seamlessly across roles. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and QA personnel in your pod to define product specs, meet sprint and quarterly objectives, and guarantee a top-tier user experience
  • Feedback Loop: Be the bridge between various departments. Collect vital feedback and ensure the Sales, Customer Support, and the broader Jeeves team are well-informed of upcoming product launches
  • Globalization and Compliance: Spearhead initiatives to tailor Jeeves Pay for diverse global markets. Work hand-in-hand with compliance and legal teams, ensuring all offerings meet stringent regulatory standards

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in the fintech space. Understanding of money movement, the market and the players is critical.
  • Willing to work across global time zones, including 10% travel
  • Solid track record of shipping and iterating on successful products with cross-functional teams
  • Preference for hard problems. Moving money cross-border in a competitive way is a difficult problem to solve. You must enjoy solving challenging problems and the possibility of solving them in a way that doesn’t currently exist
  • Passion for building and executing a global banking vision
