What You'll Do:
As a Product Operations member at Jeeves, you’ll work directly with product management, engineering teams and business stakeholders to oversee multiple product roadmap projects to ensure alignment with the company’s top product launches and overall strategy. You’ll be responsible for building strong connections with user-facing teams (support, sales, account management, etc), ensuring a tight product feedback loop, and coordinating smooth, high-quality feature launches. In some cases, you will also work directly with our largest customers, learning more about their use cases and problems as you help them get more out of the existing products. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role, and it will be a critical lever for us to deliver on our mission.
Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte.

Responsibilities:
- Drive top company features, launches, and global rollouts (in partnership with product marketing, user operations, account management, product training, and others) ensuring that the product management team is fully aligned and supported throughout the process
- Own product launch readiness to ensure that customer-facing teams are ready with the information and processes required to support new products. Help Product Managers run successful rollout plans (alpha, beta, general availability) by collaborating with the business and marketing team on those
- Collect, quantify, define & prioritize product-related challenges in existing products. Uplevel the understanding of how the product is being used in the real world and share it with the Product & Engineering teams
- Dig into the issues yourself and get your hands dirty to identify the root of any product problem that customers are facing. Help support PMs by defining processes and tools that Customer Success teams can use to troubleshoot issues directly
- Oversee and coordinate multiple related projects to ensure alignment between Product and the Business teams. This might include improving our Product Development Process (how do we go-to-market?), helping with vendor proposals and relationships, organizing product training sessions for the sales & CS teams, etc
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders, managing their expectations and needs to drive projects forward, giving the Product and Engineering teams the ability to be more efficient on solving the biggest customer pain points
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the project’s success. Share these risks to the Product team so that they can be considered and thought through
- Track and report on the performance of the projects to stakeholders. Collect and incorporate feedback from the Product team about these projects
- You have 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management or an operational role that worked closely with Product and Engineering teams
- You have a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and can develop a deep understanding of a complex product and its use cases
- You enjoy digging deep into the data, analyzing user feedback and using these insights to drive product improvements
- You have a talent for building empathy for user problems
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are great at explaining highly technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- You have a can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- You are a strong communicator, are organized and can manage and track blockers to meet timelines
- PMP experience or affinities
- Experience in a high growth technology company
- Experience in the payments space
- Experience in strategy consulting or finance
