We are in need of a Senior Account Executive to continue to grow in Brazil. This role is a key sales position and reports to the Country Manager. As a remote-first, global organization Jeeves is committed to building a team as diverse as the companies we serve.

Location:This role is based out of Sao Paulo, Brazil and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in the Brooklin area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Optimize full sales cycle and executive effective pipeline strategy: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, discovery, objection handling, development, negotiating, and closing
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to develop your own materials and increase conversion rates
  • Work with our Country & Regional Managers to develop, track, and exceed targets
  • Operational excellence in key performance indicators and quota attainment
  • Build an effortless and value-driven client experience while working directly with a versatile portfolio of business owners to help support their financial goals


Requirements:

  • Prior experience working within a fast growing startup - fintech, payments, or banking entity
  • 6+ years’ experience in sales or business development
  • Existing relationships with international companies
  • Demonstrated ability to garner attention, present professionally, and communicate at all levels of an organization
  • Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Keen interest to develop a career in a high-performing Sales team and learning the inputs of a sales machine
  • Experience using CRM software (ex. Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive)
