  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Identify new sales opportunities across the globe and handle both inbound, and outbound calls
  • High proficiency with email communication to explore sales opportunities
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly milestones and close sales
  • Regularly study accounts and identify important players
  • Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing deals
  • Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects


  • We look for candidates who are empathetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Experience: 1-3 years, preferably EdTech sales
  • CRM knowledge would be a plus (Leadsquared/ Salesforce)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
