Backed by Y Combinator, Kamion is building Uber for Trucks for Turkey and surrounding countries. We aim to transform how goods are transported through better process design, automation, and powerful analytics.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • SoMe Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and growth strategies with digital platforms.
  • SEO Strategy: Plan and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to our website, focusing on both global and local SEO practices.
  • Content Production: Oversee the creation of blog posts, articles, social media content, and emails by collaborating with third-party writers.
  • Content Optimization: Ensure all content is SEO-friendly by conducting keyword analysis and optimizing content accordingly.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure the performance of website and social media, generate reports, and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter distribution.
  • Community Management: Manage our online communities, evaluate user feedback, and relay insights to the team.
  • Inbound Marketing: Specialize in creating inbound marketing strategies that align with user intent, answering their needs, and driving engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a digital marketer or a related role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and how to align marketing strategies with sales objectives
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management, content creation, and SEO
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Hotjar, Ahrefs, Semrush etc.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging both CRM and Marketing Automation platforms. (HubSpot and Salesforce skills are preferred, but not required)
  • Strong understanding of user intent and the ability to produce content that truly meets users' questions and needs
  • Experience in building communities around a brand, contributing to the overall brand perception
  • Ability to create differentiated, authentic, and creative content that stands out from competitors and adds value beyond just SEO
  • Experience with local SEO strategies and best practices
  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position requires English proficiency and data-driven mindset.
