• Increase activation rate and GTV spends for their portfolio.
• Cultivate relationships to upsell relevant products.
• Log and maintain accurate customer relationship data on the CRM
• Identifying common behaviour are incorporate automation wherever necessary.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of B2B/ B2C experience
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Experience working with a high growth startup
• Ownership - A self-starter who has a sense of urgency and can get things done
• Must be based out in Bengaluru
