Key Responsibilties

• Lead Legal and Compliance dept. 

• Manage guide team of legal professionals. 

• Advise management on all legal matters. 

• Manage external counsels law firms. 

• Manage Drafting, reviewing negotiation of commercial agreements and other transactional documents. 

• Implement a robust and dependable compliance framework. 

• Review and comply with requirement of various regulators. 

• Advice on corrective and preventative measures related to legal risk. 

• Train team members on legal issues, policies. 

Candidate Requirement

• LLB with minimum 7-8 years of experience in BFSI sector. 

• Excellent knowledge about laws related to financial services
