• Launch growth campaigns on various platforms and tools
• Analyze campaign results
• Maintain dashboards & databases
• Design campaigns with clear goals. Execute with precision.

• Conclude campaign performance, assess the gap between goal and actual performance, analyze root cause and propose optimization.

Requirements

• Ideal candidates possess the following competencies -
• Past Experience managing CRM automation tools for marketing purposes
• Experienced with online marketing tactics & outbound engagement campaigns
• Highly detail-oriented
• Deep knowledge of B2B digital marketing strategies
• Strong execution skills 1+years' of experience working in a growth team of a startup company
• An engineering/computer science background is required
