Job Description:

We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will not only meet the previously mentioned requirements but should also possess hands-on experience in handling popular email marketing tools like Mailmodo. Prior experience with WhatsApp Marketing tools is a significant advantage.

In addition to their core responsibilities, we are looking for a candidate who is willing to step out of their comfort zone and actively participate in various projects that may extend beyond the traditional scope of an Email Marketing Manager. We value creative thinkers who can generate innovative ideas and have the drive to learn new skills and get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

> Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including defining campaign objectives, crafting compelling CTAs, targeting the right audience, and creating engaging subject lines.

> Collaborate with the content and creative teams to provide guidance on campaign requirements and ensure that campaign materials align with the campaign's objectives.

> Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess performance and gather key takeaways for future improvements, and ensure organized documentation of findings.

> Utilize automation tools for email and WhatsApp automation, with a focus on customer attribute segmentation for automated campaigns.

> Work with the customer marketing team data to derive insights that inform campaign strategies and optimizations.

> Be responsible for the quality of leads generated and collaborate with the Account Management (AM) team to ensure leads are qualified and effectively converted.

Qualifications:

> Hands-on experience with popular email marketing tools, such as Mailmodo, MailChimp, or similar platforms.

> Proficiency in email automation tools.

> Strong data analysis skills using Excel or similar data analysis tools.

> Familiarity with HubSpot is a desired skill, but not mandatory.

> Prior hands-on experience in email marketing at a startup.

> A creative mindset and understanding of audience engagement.

> Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

> Familiarity with email marketing regulations and best practices.
