Job Title: Sr. Finance Associate
Purpose: Responsible for overseeing and managing various financial processes including treasury and cashflow management, timely payments, cost analysis and optimisation, and external party coordination. This role requires a meticulous approach to financial data and the ability to contribute strategically to the financial health of the organization.

This role requires a meticulous approach to financial data and the ability to contribute strategically to the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Treasury and cost management
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity for optimal financial management
- Forecast cash needs, build projected fund requirement plans and coordinate with banks / financial institutions for investments / loans
- Analyze costs and financial performance against budget and forecast
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions
- Payments management
- Develop a comprehensive process and SOP for the payment function, collaborating with product teams and in-house accounting team to establish an effective process tailored to the Company's needs
- Supervise and execute timely payments to vendors and service providers
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- External Party Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Financial and management reporting
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
- Support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Chartered accountant with post-qualification experience of 1-3 years
- Structured thinking and organised work approach
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
