Job Title: Senior Finance Associate

Purpose

• Responsible for overseeing and managing various financial processes including treasury and cashflow management, timely payments, cost analysis and optimisation, and external party coordination.
• This role requires a meticulous approach to financial data and the ability to contribute strategically to the financial health of the organization.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Treasury and cost management:

• Monitor cash flow and liquidity for optimal financial management
• Forecast cash needs, build projected fund requirement plans and coordinate with banks / financial institutions for investments / loans
• Analyze costs and financial performance against budget and forecast
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions
  
  

Payments Management

• Develop a comprehensive process and SOP for the payment function, collaborating with product teams and in-house accounting team to establish an effective process tailored to the Company's needs
• Supervise and execute timely payments to vendors and service providers
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  
  

External Party Coordination

• Liaise with vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
  
  

Financial And Management Reporting

• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  
  

Required Qualifications: Chartered accountant with post-qualification experience of 1-3 years
