Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive with up to 2 years of experience in sales (Freshers can Apply), particularly in upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their overall experience with Kindly Health products having strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or upgraded solutions to customers, increasing their purchase value and satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively selling and promoting our range of wellness products.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Kindly Health products to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat purchases, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback from customers to the product and marketing teams to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills specifically in English Language
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
