Job Summary

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and manage our digital marketing strategies, focusing on driving growth through e-commerce platforms and an extensive Shopify presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and a passion for the wellness industry. Experience with Meta and Google platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across various e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and other relevant channels.
  • Must have worked in consumer product business, achieving 5 Cr+ business growth.
  • Manage and execute paid media campaigns, including PPC, display, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous optimization and ROI maximization.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to ensure Kindly remains at the forefront of performance marketing.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize returns.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through targeted and personalized marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from Tier1/2 Institutes.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and D2C brands only.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Extensive experience with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and their integration into performance marketing strategies.
