We are rapidly expanding and seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Knowtex, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our state-of-the-art software solutions to a diverse client base that includes individual clinicians, independent practices, and hospitals. Your efforts will directly contribute to the adoption of voice AI technology in healthcare settings, improving efficiency and patient outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the healthcare sector.

- Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our voice AI workflow solutions.

- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for further engagement.

- Understand and communicate market trends, insights, and feedback from clients to the product development team to help guide future enhancements.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.

- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote Knowtex and stay informed about the latest developments in healthcare technology.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the healthcare or technology sectors.

- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and the challenges faced by clinicians and healthcare providers.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
