Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Platform Support teams to understand business and operational requirements.
- Assist in configuring and customizing the platform, focusing on mortgage and financial service products.
- Develop and refine intuitive user interfaces and process stages within our low-code environment.
- Document configurations, processes, and interface designs accurately for future reference and compliance.
- Participate in resolving configuration issues alongside Platform Support, ensuring platform reliability.
- Support internal stakeholders in maximizing the effectiveness of platform configurations.
- Continuously identify and propose improvements to platform usability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
Hard Skills
- Familiarity or strong interest in principles of user interface design and user experience.
- Basic understanding of no-code/low-code platforms or willingness to quickly learn and apply relevant skills.
