Reporting to the Sr. Director, DEIB & People Analytics, the IDEA Program Manager will play a key role in supporting both DEIB & People Analytics functions with ERG program operations, DEIB learning resources & facilitation, People data reporting, and will become our first SME for a new analytics tool in the Lattice platform. This role will require strong analytical skills, the ability to build partnerships across teams and functions, effective project management, and exceptional communication skills.

What You Will Do

DEIB Learning Resources and Facilitation

  • Support the delivery of a quarterly DEIB newsletter that provides updates on our DEIB programming, metrics, and timely learning resources.
  • Manage participation in Praxis Labs learning modules, including user support and group discussion facilitation.
  • Facilitate bi-monthly Inclusive Leadership training sessions for new Managers & IC onboarding.

ERG Operations

  • Provide guidance to our Employee Resources Groups (ERGs) with achieving goals, and advocate for their needs across the company.
  • Manage the overall ERG budget to ensure alignment with finance throughout the year.
  • Manage the ERG Leads roster and changes affecting stipend payments.

Lattice Analytics SME

  • Become our first superuser for the Lattice Analytics product, and build training resources to share with Managers and other use cases.
  • Work closely with the Lattice Analytics product team to be informed on roadmap progress.
  • Support People Programs with adoption metrics and program cycle reporting.
  • Partner with People Ops and People Partners to consult on best practices for leveraging Lattice Analytics insights.

People Analytics Reporting

  • Support preparation and maintenance of regular reports on the People team’s KPIs.
  • Support the preparation of QPRs and other ad-hoc reports as needed.

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 5-7 years of professional experience with progressively increasing responsibility, ideally in HR/People functions.
  • Strong public speaking and facilitation skills; ability to engage diverse audiences and perspectives, quickly convey nuance, and speak to systemic issues on both a macro and micro level.
  • Good Strong analytical skills with an ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information concisely into strategic recommendations. An ability to manipulate and analyze data using Excel is preferred.
  • Experience in data storytelling and the use of data visualizations to bring important takeaways to life. Experience with Looker or Tableau is preferred.
  • A track record in leading and delivering complex large-scale projects to completion, while managing a range of internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with broad workforce groups, including software engineering, sales teams, and customer success.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, complex environment. Experience working in a tech start-up is preferred.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $106,250 - $125,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
