Overview

About the Role

We’re hiring a front desk specialist who will focus primarily on addressing and booking inbound patient leads. Our goal is to provide a responsive, friendly, and streamlined first touchpoint for patients finding Legion Health. This is a metrics-driven role with weekly and monthly targets for patient bookings, and our ideal candidate will share our passion for healthcare, and technology.

  • Must have a quiet, private desk area at workspace
  • Our offices are in Austin, so if you're close, you are always welcome to join us, but not required

Compensation

  • $43k base salary
  • Performance-based bonuses are to be discussed during interviews (per-booking bonus)
  • Equity to be discussed during 2nd round interview – we want people who are excited about the startup growth journey and significant gains in equity value
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance are provided for full-time employees

Manager

Responsibilities

Booking – Make 100+ phone calls and/or texts per day to help patients book

  • Quickly respond to inbound patient leads
  • Re-engage leads who have not booked yet
  • Maintain accurate lead status & lead notes in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Maximize conversion (of patients who are qualified for Legion’s services)

Triage – Help direct patients to other resources as needed

  • Provide patients who are not a good fit for Legion’s services with referral resources
  • Direct patients with non-booking-related inquiries to other departments (e.g., billing)

Background

  • Some experience in customer success, sales, or medical practice operations is preferred
