The Opportunity
We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive Legion Health's product-led growth strategy as we scale to serve thousands more patients. In this role, you'll be instrumental in transforming our innovative AI-driven psychiatric care platform into a growth machine with seamless patient acquisition, engagement, and retention funnels.
You'll work directly with our founding team to build, measure, and optimize the entire patient journey, creating a world-class consumer healthcare experience that scales efficiently while maintaining our exceptional clinical standards.

You'll work directly with our founding team to build, measure, and optimize the entire patient journey, creating a world-class consumer healthcare experience that scales efficiently while maintaining our exceptional clinical standards.
What You'll Do
- Funnel design and optimization — Design, implement, and optimize conversion funnels from initial patient awareness through onboarding, treatment, and long-term engagement
- Build and manage growth and patient onboarding experiments using rigorous A/B testing methodologies to increase conversion, retention, and referral rates
- Identify opportunities to reduce friction in the patient journey through user research, data analysis, and continuous product improvements
- Build and optimize an SEO strategy to increase total lead volume
- Develop engineered word-of-mouth mechanics and referral systems that drive organic growth
- Conduct channel discovery and testing to identify scalable acquisition opportunities
- Comprehensive instrumentation and analysis – Create comprehensive telemetry and instrumentation for every part of the patient experience
- Build and implement a modern, HIPAA-compliant marketing and analytics tech stack using tools like PostHog, Segment, and Google Analytics
- Ensure identity resolution and lead attribution are accurate and give actionable insight to our Growth Lead
- Design and implement a relational NPS system to measure patient satisfaction over time
- Communicate growth metrics to the entire team and champion a data-driven approach to product development
- Collaboration across the team – Collaborate closely with our Growth Lead (who currently runs a funnel for generating patient leads from healthcare directories) and our engineering team
- Draw inspiration from top-performing B2C healthcare onboarding experiences (i.e. Hims)
- Work together on initiatives to optimize our unit economics and improve patient LTV
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, clinical, and marketing teams to create seamless patient experiences
You'll Be Measured On Your Ability To
- Increase "touchless" conversion rates at critical funnel stages, especially from initial lead to completed intake and from intake to first appointment
- Decrease time-to-value for new patients (reducing time from sign-up to first appointment)
- Display accurate and actionable metrics to the entire team using a modern growth stack
- Create measurable improvements in patient satisfaction scores and NPS
- Identify and implement product improvements that allow us to efficiently scale to 10,000+ patients
- 3+ years of experience in growth-focused product management roles, preferably in consumer healthcare, telehealth, or consumer subscription businesses
- Proven track record of implementing successful growth initiatives that have significantly increased conversion rates, user engagement, and retention metrics
- Strong technical understanding of product analytics tools (PostHog, Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and ability to extract actionable insights from data
- Experience running and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments with statistical rigor
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for mental healthcare and improving patient access to quality psychiatric services
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behavioral design principles
- Healthcare industry experience is highly valued but not required if you have exceptional consumer growth experience
- Experience with healthcare regulatory environments (HIPAA, telehealth regulations)
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in consumer products
- Background in subscription or consumer healthcare businesses with strong retention metrics
- Experience growing products from early stage to significant scale
- Track record of building and managing growth teams
- Salary range: $110,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience)
