Why We Need You

Legion Health is an AI-enabled insurance‑based psychiatry startup. Our current marketing site doesn’t speak directly to what patients care about or guide them smoothly to book. In 2 months, you will refresh our visual identity, rewrite copy, migrate to a modern CMS, and ship SEO‑optimized pages—including a “Find a Provider” funnel—all anchored on the five needs patients say matter most:

  • Affordable – highlight in‑network coverage, flexible payment, and any discounts.
  • Accessible – surface same‑day slots, virtual visits, chat‑first support.
  • Compatible – let patients filter by provider background, communication style, and empathy cues.
  • Reputable – weave social proof, reviews, and word‑of‑mouth testimonials throughout the journey.
  • Strong expertise – emphasize years in practice and condition‑specific experience for every clinician.

What You’ll Deliver

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Modernize our color palette, typography, iconography, and imagery to project affordable, accessible, expert telepsychiatry care.
  • Produce a lightweight brand guide—logo usage, fonts, colors, examples—for future design work.

High‑Converting Marketing Site

  • Stand up a Webflow (or Next.js + Headless CMS) site with responsive components.
  • Build homepage, condition pages (ADHD, anxiety, depression, etc.), insurance pages, and city‑specific SEO pages.
  • Design a simplified “Find a Provider” funnel: hero CTA → eligibility check → provider match → book now.
  • Implement best‑practice CRO tactics—clear value props, social proof, trust badges, risk‑free messaging, HIPAA reassurance.
  • Install analytics pixels and event tags for every click and form step.

Lightweight SEO Optimization & Content

  • Write or refine copy that targets high‑intent keywords, answers patient pain points, and reflects the new brand voice.
  • Create optimized title tags, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structure, alt text, and internal‑link strategy.
  • Deliver an SEO blueprint for ongoing blog and programmatic page expansion.

CMS Migration & Handoff

  • Migrate existing content into Webflow/Contentful/Prismic with clean slugs and 301 redirects.
  • Document page templates so non‑technical teammates can launch new pages in minutes.
  • Train marketing and ops on updating copy, images, and SEO settings.

Must‑Have Skills

  • Portfolio of healthcare or B2C sites with demonstrable lift in conversion or engagement.
  • Mastery of Webflow or Next.js + headless CMS; comfortable with custom interactions and CMS collections.
  • Copywriting that balances SEO, empathy, and insurance‑based healthcare compliance.
  • Strong eye for brand cohesion, accessibility, and mobile performance.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools, heat‑maps, A/B testing, and analytics event tagging.

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing funnels for insurance‑based medical services.
  • Knowledge of PostHog or similar for end‑to‑end funnel analytics.

Engagement Details

  • Timeline: Kick‑off to live site in 2 months.
  • Hours & Rate: Project‑based bid or hourly—either is fine.
  • Deliverables accepted when the new site is live, lighthouse scores > 90, analytics events verified, and pages indexed.
