  • Be a point of contact for ad hoc requests for analysis and support from across the company

  • Set company targets, monitor them and regularly and effectively share progress with the company

  • Partner with the product team to help size opportunities and devise strategies for going after them

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, engineering, computer science, or related field

  • 4-6 years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, tech, or related industries

  • Ability to not just read data, but interpret and translate it so that the wider team can draw value from your work

  • Working knowledge of SQL

  • Familiarity with data visualisation platforms (Looker a plus)

  • Deliver analytics & reporting to meet business needs and drive strategic decision-making

  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written - to be able to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas

  • Strong collaboration mentality

  • You can build strong relationships with stakeholders right across the business, from Growth and Brand Marketing to Design and Product, the role of the Strategy and Operations team is to support these functions to do their best work

  • Passion for growth and scale, and an understanding of the ambiguity that can come with this

  • Be comfortable acting as a sounding board to senior leadership on matters of strategy

Location Expectations: Hybrid. We're growing our team in LA and the Bay Area, and plan to have offices in both locations. We expect team members to come into their respective office 2x/week.
