About the Role :

We are looking for a professional to engage with our B2B clients to help them with insurance servicing on a daily basis. The role would include working on Loop’s ticketing system to work with the clients to ensure that they have a seamless experience using our insurance, healthcare, and technical products. The emphasis would be on providing prompt
resolution to the client on call and by email using our ticketing system.

What will you do:

• Acknowledge client queries using our ticketing tool and break down the request into actionable tasks for the different functional teams within Loop
• Create internal requests to different functional teams within Loop as per the request of the client
• Work with the members at Loop to resolve the client query
• Keep an active line of communication with the client as the client's request is being resolved
• Provide a complete resolution to the client with all the required items as requested by the client
• Ensure strict compliance to low response time and low missed call rate to comply with Loop’s promise of a great client experience for our B2B clients

What you need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role
• Strong verbal and written proficiency
• Prior background of working with B2B clients
• Knowledge of the Indian insurance industry is a plus, but not mandatory
• Prior experience using a ticketing tool
