This will need a deep understanding of design of products and services through an empathetic lens of what members need for their health and technology will play a very pivotal role in enabling our members to use our programs . Join us in making healthcare simple, reliable, and human.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer who can help us build business-critical software that drives customer acquisition, accelerates top-of-funnel conversion and enables our Sales and Marketing teams to scale. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python, web technologies, APIs, libraries, and user targeting tools. They should be comfortable working with large datasets, building automation and tools to streamline workflows and figuring out what works and what doesn’t in quick iterations.

Responsibilities

• Work in a small, cross-functional, dynamic growth team, building whatever it takes to grow
• Collaborate with the product and marketing team to identify areas for growth and experiment with different solutions
• Write Python scripts to extract data from websites and APIs
• Generate personalized sales and marketing assets using AI tools/services
• Automate lead generation processes using web scraping, email verification and targeting using third party tools and SDKs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in growth engineering, lead generation, or related fields
• Proficient in Python and its related libraries for web scraping and automation
• Demonstrated experience in modern full stacktechnologies like, Node.js, TypeScript, React
• Ability to learn and use AI tools/services like LLMs Architect and build solutions that take into account performance, growth, scalability, maintainability and quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
