🕵️ Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager at marketfeed, who will be the frontliner, representing our platform to users. With 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management or a related field, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong connections with our valued clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to their financial success and the continued growth of our company.

🎯 Responsibilities you will hold:

Client Relationship Management and Relationship Building: Foster enduring relationships through proactive communication and personalised service. Address client queries and concerns promptly.

Financial Knowledge: Stay updated on financial market trends, and have knowledge about mutual funds, bonds, taxation, etc.

Stock Market Knowledge: In Depth knowledge of the equity and derivative markets, industry news, and regulatory changes.

Orient the User for the Journey: Guide users through the trading journey, ensuring retention during strategy drawdown phases.

Issue Resolution: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly. Offer effective solutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Feedback Sharing with the Product Team: Collect feedback from users and collaborate with the product team to enhance our offerings.

💬 Interviewing with us - Hiring Process

Our hiring process is designed to be thorough yet welcoming, ensuring we find the best fit for both the candidate and our team. While specific steps may vary depending on the role, the core stages remain consistent across most positions. Here’s how we assess candidates in our hiring process:

  • Screening Round for Fit:
  • Introductory Call with HR: An initial conversation to understand your basic qualifications and career goals, and to provide an overview of the role and the company.
  • Initial Interview with the Hiring Manager: A brief video call to evaluate your professionalism, personality, attitude, and language proficiency, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
  • Technical Round: An in-depth interview with the team lead, either in person or via video call, to assess your market knowledge and relevant skills for the relationship manager role. This includes testing your understanding of financial markets, customer relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interview with Founders: An in-person or video call with either or both our founders to gain deeper insights into your suitability for the role and your potential contributions to the team. This step allows you to get to know the leadership team and for them to assess your fit within the company culture.

Throughout the process, we strive to maintain a friendly and warm atmosphere. Our goal is not only to evaluate your qualifications but also to give you a chance to get to know us better. While our process can be rigorous, typically involving 3-4 interviews either over video or in person, we believe this thorough approach helps ensure a successful long-term match for both parties.
