🕵 Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Trade Operations & Risk Management Specialist to oversee our automated trading activities in the stock market and assist with Operational Risk Management. This unique role focuses on monitoring the automated trading platform and intervening during system failures to Manage Risk. The ideal candidate will have experience in stock market trading operations, preferably in options. Any experience in risk management systems (RMS) will be a plus. This position suits individuals who are process-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and excel under pressure.

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities

Trade Operations Monitoring

• Monitor Automated Trading Systems: Ensure smooth functioning of the company’s automated trading platform by observing real-time trades and system alerts.
• System Failure Intervention: Identify and resolve issues related to the trade automation platform, providing manual intervention when necessary to minimize trading disruptions.
• Escalation Management: Collaborate with engineering and other stakeholders to escalate and resolve technical issues affecting trade automation.
• End-of-Day Reporting: Document incidents, actions taken, and outcomes for record-keeping and review.
  
  

Operational Risk Management Tasks

• Position Risk Control: Assess and adjust positions during system failures to mitigate excessive market exposure.
• Margin Monitoring: Oversee margin utilization across trading accounts, ensuring sufficiency and making necessary adjustments.
• Compliance: Adhere to internal risk frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  
  

🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have 2+ years of experience in stock market trading operations, risk management, or related areas.
• Have an understanding of algorithmic trading workflows and execution platforms.
• Have proficiency with charting platforms like TradingView.
• Have fundamental knowledge of financial products, especially derivatives.
• Have quick Decision-Making ability to execute corrective actions promptly and accurately under pressure.

• Hold NISM certifications or other credentials in derivatives, RMS, or financial markets.
