Mason is seeking a PART-TIME Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to strengthen our IT team in Seattle. This role is central to maintaining our IT systems, supporting users, troubleshooting, and ensuring the security of our technological resources, with a strong focus on in-office support.

Location: ONSITE - Seattle

Hours: 9am- 3pm

What you'll do:

  • Technical Support: Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and upgrading of IT systems.
  • In-Office IT Management: Organize hardware, repair devices, and set up office IT infrastructure to ensure a functional work environment.
  • User Assistance: Help users resolve technical issues and improve system utilization.
  • Security Compliance: Monitor systems to ensure they meet industry standards.

What you bring to the table:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms.
  • Problem-solving: Effective diagnostic and resolution abilities.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Education: Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Full compensation packages are based on experience.

Pay Range
$34$37 USD

In addition to the base salary, full-time employees are eligible for participation in Mason’s annual discretionary bonus plan and equity plan, subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay based on exemption status. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including their skills, experience level, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.We know that benefits are also an important piece of your total compensation package.
