The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

 

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads generated through various channels, such as marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries

2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs and requirements of potential customers

3. Engage in proactive communication with leads through various channels (phone, email, social media) to evaluate their interest, assess their suitability as customers, and determine their readiness to make a purchase decision

4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our construction materials and services, addressing any questions or concerns raised by leads

5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that align with the identified needs and priorities of potential customers

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, progress, and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system

7. Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and lead generation strategies

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively position Material Depot's products and services in the market

Who can apply:

Prior experience in sales is preferred

Individuals with a background in interior design, construction, and real estate industry would be given priority

Must be proficient in MS-Office and should have excellent communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
