We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized 'Data Listing Specialist' to join our Material Depot team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and listing various building materials and finishes, including laminates, tiles, wooden flooring, wall panels, and other related products, on our e-commerce platform. Your work will ensure that product information is accurate, consistent, and well-presented, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Listings: Add, update, and maintain product listings on the website for a wide range of materials including laminates, tiles, wooden flooring, and wall panels. Ensure all product data is accurate, detailed, and follows website standards.
• Brand Onboarding: Work closely with vendors to onboard new brands and update the platform with their product details, including pricing, descriptions, images, and specifications.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all product listings by performing regular audits and updates.
• Data Standardization: Implement and maintain standardized data formats for product categories, descriptions, images, and specifications to ensure uniformity across the platform.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to obtain accurate product information, including technical specifications, stock availability, and pricing. Ensure smooth communication and resolution of data-related queries.
• Product Categorization: Classify and tag products accurately in the correct categories and sub-categories to make it easier for customers to find products.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of product listings, making improvements based on customer feedback and analytics.
• Task Automation & Tool Usage: Utilize Google Sheets and other productivity tools to manage product data and create reports. Develop efficient workflows for large datasets and repetitive tasks.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all product listings meet website quality standards, including correct spelling, formatting, and image sizes.
