What we're looking for
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a driver of client success and satisfaction. Your role will be instrumental in strengthening the relationships between our clients and our company, ensuring their objectives are met, and actively contributing to their growth. You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with financial institutions such as multi-family offices, wealth managers, broker-dealers, and private banks in the region, and ensuring our clients become wildly successful and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams, to help drive our roadmap and align our offerings with client needs. As part of our founding team, you will have the opportunity to help us shape the vision and direction of the company.
What you will do
You will assist and lead projects related to customer success. You must be adaptable and proactive in keeping clients engaged and identifying opportunities to help customers beyond what we currently offer.
Establish strong, lasting relationships with our Brazilian clients, serving as their advocate within Mentum and ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
Monitor customer accounts, health indicators, and triggers to proactively address any concerns, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Obsessively focus on accelerating clients' time-to-value with our products. Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize features that provide immediate value to clients.
Develop a robust feedback mechanism that channels client insights to the Product team. Ensure that customer input directly influences product development decisions.
Ideate, launch, keep track of, and optimize customer success strategies.
Create and maintain process documentation.
This is an in-person, local position in São Paulo, Brazil. This means you will be required to attend and meet clients in-person and work along team members in-office.
Who you are
You have a strong background in B2B customer-facing roles, leveraging your deep understanding of products to drive client success.
Data-driven and infinitely curious to try new approaches to old problems.
Very organized with sharp attention to details.
Proven experience in bridging the gap between client needs and product development, acting as a conduit for customer feedback and requirements, while actively participating in discussions about our product roadmap.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines on time while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
Written and spoken proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
Experience in the investment industry of Brazil and Latin America (AAI’s, CVM’s, Multi Family Offices) and well-verse in investment and economic concepts.
Understanding of APIs, Open Finance, and other relevant technologies.
Experience in one of the following: sales, business development, partnerships, growth, or customer success; able to identify business opportunities and guide through conversion
Nice to haves
Previous experience at a high-growth fintech, ideally with a background of launching, scaling, and/or operating investment products and services.
You have a conceptual knowledge of data engineering.
Experience with the regulatory landscape in Brazil (CVM).
Fluency in Spanish
