🐳 About The Role

We are looking for a versatile, outgoing Software Engineer who excels in a role that blends sales/customer engineering with full-stack development. In this role you will interface directly with customers during the sales process and throughout their onboarding and use of Monterey AI. You will be responsible for ensuring they know the right things and the right time and to build or utilize tools we have to get their data mapped into our system quickly and accurately. This position requires a unique combination of both development and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate between engineering, sales, and with customers.

🦄️ Your Impact

  • Work closely with our sales and technical teams to craft tailored solutions that address specific client challenges
  • Be the technical voice during client conversations, helping bridge the gap between our technology and their business requirements
  • Develop, demonstrate, and enhance our data solutions to meet both current and prospective client needs
  • Create and manage APIs and tools for robust data integration from various third-party sources

✨ Must Have

  • Proven experience in full stack development with a solid foundation in technologies like TypeScript or JavaScript
  • Experience in data integration involving APIs, third-party services, and complex data systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative, efficient solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer-facing roles and the ability to explain complex technical details in a clear and engaging manner
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with an eye for prioritization under tight deadlines
